How to file a complaint?

After that visit the bank branch where your account is held and fill the application form with all the details. The bank manager will give you the bank number or request number. Now you can also register your complaint by mail at bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in. As per RBI guidelines, if money has been transferred to a wrong account, the money should be refunded within 48 hours of filing a complaint.
